Basic Back Massage:  This is a hands-on one afternoon introduction to massage.  If you have ever wanted to increase your confidence in your touch this is the class for you.  I co-teach this with Chris Dopke and have enjoyed every minute of each class.  We cover simple anatomy, basic strokes and work with your specific questions or challenges.  The next class will be in, well, I am not sure when.  Life has been particularly busy lately.  If you are interested in a class, call me or Chris, and if we still don't have one set up, we may well be interested in using you as a base to get one going.  Cost for this class is $20 per person or $34 for a couple.
 

        Reiki I: If you have ever wanted to have a way of helping your self, your friends and your family truly heal, physically, emotionally and spiritually this is where you will want to start.  Reiki is the simplest and deepest form of energy work I have come across.  You can be empowered with healing in this single weekend and carry it with you the rest of your life.  If you happen become fascinated with this system in and of itself, you may well spend the rest of your life exploring it.  In either case, this is where you start.  I am teaching this in a rather different format for the moment.  I am working with each person individually, we meet four times for about three hours each time.  This does include all the initiations for the first degree, and all the stuff we would normally include in a class.  The cost is still the same, $150.00.
