     I have worked in a variety of part time jobs to supplement income while establishing my successful massage practice.  Jobs were varied and always in areas of personal interest, such as driving school bus, screen printing, working as fill in at First Alternative Co-op, staff writer for the Barometer at OSU, managing the Van Buren Street Boarding House.

     I graduated in December 1992 from the 600 hour professional body workers program.  My studies have since included Neural Humoral Massage (Russian), Zen Shiatsu and Reiki.

     I have also taken courses throughout my life at a variety of schools in areas of self interest including writing, ceramics, computers, business and Spanish.
License

     I received my Oregon State Massage license in December 1992 and have kept it current since.  License #3961, currently expires 12/31/04.
Professional Organizations

     I am a member of the American Massage Therapist Association and carry liability insurance through them.

     I am also a member of Downtown Corvallis Association.
Future Goals
  • Obtain an associate degree in Massage Therapy from Central Oregon Community College.
  • Become licensed in Washington State.
  • Become nationally certified.
  • Gain more experience in clinical settings.
  • Manage/own multiple practitioner massage/alternative healing clinic.
